Shipping Delivery Policy
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order.
• For India orders – All domestic prepaid orders are processed within 2-5 business days, whereas COD orders take 3 – 7 business days to process as we verify the order personally to ensure a seamless process. Orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days upon pickup by the courier partner. Delivery to locations that are in low coverage or difficult to reach areas may take between 10-12 working days.
• The availability of the Cash on Delivery option is subject to certain terms and conditions. Like your location, pandemic, etc.
• COD order will not be processed if personal verification fails.
• COD orders will be charged an extra of Rs.100/- as part of shipping charges.
• For International orders – We are yet to accept Orders outside India.
ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
• Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, Ceyon Naturaa takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
• Ceyon Naturaa is not responsible for damage after delivery.
• For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care within 3 business days of your order delivery for resolution.
• Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments
For India Orders:
• We ship products throughout India. There is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 50 for Orders below minimum cart value.
For International Orders:
• We are yet to accept Orders outside India and once the logistics are arranged, we shall update the policy.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Ceyon Naturaa, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
Ceyon Naturaa is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
In case the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage, or any other) condition, refund or replacement will take place only if informed within 3 days with video proof of unboxing, from the time of delivery. sales@Ceyon.org (For shipment-related queries) Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Ceyon Naturaa.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy. Once your return request has been accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and the amount will be transferred via the same payment mode used while placing the order. You can get the refund within 7 days if you cancel the order before we ship. No refund shall be made after the order is shipped. No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
